At LAGENZE, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

* Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
* All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
* Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

* Final sale or clearance items
* Gift cards
* Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
* Any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at Harshmanpainting@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Size & Color Disclaimer

Due to differences in lighting, display settings, and manufacturing processes, actual product colors may vary slightly from images shown on our website.

We recommend carefully checking the size chart before placing your order. Size issues due to customer selection are not considered defects.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

* Check your bank account
* Contact your credit card company
* Contact your bank, as processing time may vary
